Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Bartender with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in bartending with full service bar, be a team player, and possess a flexible schedule. Above all, we are looking for someone dedicated to providing the best possible experience to all our members. Must have a positive attitude!!!

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take beverage/food orders promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Present menus
Wine, beer, and liquor knowledge
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Work any scheduled club or banquet events
Be able to work both bar locations on occasion

Requirements:

Proven working recent experience as a bartender - This is not a entry level position!!
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Proven working experience in a full service bar
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Must be able to work well with the entire food and beverage team
Be open and flexible with position and schedule changes
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Working in a country club or resort environment a plus
